π Press Rentals & Die Tryouts β How It Works
Whether you're refining a new tool or need extra press time, our facility is your solution for high-tonnage, production-grade validation.
π§ Step 1: Tell Us What You Need π
We start with your specs.
Send us your tooling drawings, material requirements, and production goals. Whether you're planning a one-time tryout, a full production simulation, or looking to rent press time independently β weβll match you with the right press from our fleet (500β1000 tons).
We accept:
β Progressive or transfer dies
β Coil-fed or hand-fed tooling
β First-hit prototypes or legacy tools
β Engineering samples or PPAP runs
βοΈ Step 2: Get It On Our Floor π
Once the tooling arrives, we stage it in one of our fully equipped presses β bed sizes up to 144" x 72", shut heights up to 54β, with coil feeds, safety monitoring, and CMM support.
You can be fully involved, or we can handle the run start to finish with our experienced die techs and operators.
Optional support includes:
π Tool spotting and adjustments
π¦ Sample pulls and packaging
π§ͺ On-site inspection assistance
πΈ Photo and video documentation of runs
β Step 3: Approve, Run, or Rent Long-Term π
After testing, weβll send you parts, data, and insights. Want to make changes? Weβll hold the press and assist with revisions.
Happy with the results? Leave the die in place and schedule a full run β or rent the press for extended development or production.
Flexible options:
π Contract stamping
π Short-term rentals (daily/weekly)
