Get in. Get set up. Get stamped.
Welcome to Orion β€” where precision meets production.

About us

Since 1993, Orion has been a family-run, ISO 9001–certified precision stamping shop. Our six mechanical pressesβ€”each rated 500–1,000 tonsβ€”tackle projects from low-volume prototypes to steady production runs.

For over 30 years, we’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, listening first, then delivering parts that meet your exact specifications and arrive when you need them. We believe in clear communication, continuous improvement, and earning your trust one stamped part at a time. Feel free to explore the services we offer below, and do not hesitate to contact us with questions.

πŸ”§ Short and Long-Term Contract Stamping

-Whether you need a one-off production run or full-scale volume manufacturing, we’ve got the capacity and precision to meet your needs. From prototyping to ongoing supply, our presses are YOUR advantage.

🀝 Die Utilization Partnerships

-Have a die collecting dust? Let’s put it to work. We partner with tool owners to run idle tooling with consistent output and mutual gain.

-We’re more than a stamping house. Our team provides tooling maintenance, inventory solutions, engineering support, and logistics coordination to keep your supply chain running smooth.

🏭 Press Rentals & Die Tryouts β€” How It Works

Whether you're refining a new tool or need extra press time, our facility is your solution for high-tonnage, production-grade validation.

πŸ”§ Step 1: Tell Us What You Need πŸ“

We start with your specs.
Send us your tooling drawings, material requirements, and production goals. Whether you're planning a one-time tryout, a full production simulation, or looking to rent press time independently β€” we’ll match you with the right press from our fleet (500–1000 tons).

We accept:
βœ… Progressive or transfer dies
βœ… Coil-fed or hand-fed tooling
βœ… First-hit prototypes or legacy tools
βœ… Engineering samples or PPAP runs

βš™οΈ Step 2: Get It On Our Floor 🚚

Once the tooling arrives, we stage it in one of our fully equipped presses β€” bed sizes up to 144" x 72", shut heights up to 54”, with coil feeds, safety monitoring, and CMM support.
You can be fully involved, or we can handle the run start to finish with our experienced die techs and operators.

Optional support includes:
πŸ›  Tool spotting and adjustments
πŸ“¦ Sample pulls and packaging
πŸ§ͺ On-site inspection assistance
πŸ“Έ Photo and video documentation of runs

βœ… Step 3: Approve, Run, or Rent Long-Term πŸ“ˆ

After testing, we’ll send you parts, data, and insights. Want to make changes? We’ll hold the press and assist with revisions.
Happy with the results? Leave the die in place and schedule a full run β€” or rent the press for extended development or production.

Flexible options:
πŸ” Contract stamping
πŸ•’ Short-term rentals (daily/weekly)
🀝 Die utilization partnerships
